The conference will be held at Trent Vineyard in Nottingham. The facility has a large auditorium, numerous seminar rooms, cafés, a bar, young children’s facilities, wi-fi, on-site car parking and good public transport links.
Getting to the venue
The conference continues to grow and we are finding ways to accommodate more people. We have limited car parking available so please do take advantage of the tram or car share as you are able to. If you are using the tram the closest stop is “Gregory Street” on the Green Tram Line (running between Nottingham City Centre and Toton Lane).
Times & Registration
Please note that the timings of NLC this year have changed. The conference now begins on the evening of Tuesday 30th January and finishes after the evening session on Thursday 1st February. You are welcome to come and collect your wristband and programme from 6.00pm onwards with the first session starting at 8.00pm.

Although meals will not be provided, there is a large selection of restaurants and cafés within a short drive, and a few within walking distance. Please note that evening meals will not be available from the Trent Café. Please visit our restaurant page for more information.
Cafés will be open at various times during the day, selling drinks and snacks. Sandwiches and other food will be available for purchase at lunchtimes.

Programme and Booking Details
There will be main sessions in both the morning and the evening, with Bible teaching each morning. A large selection of topics and ministry areas will be discussed in seminars and forums throughout the week. You will receive a full programme upon registration. During the day there will also be plenty of opportunities to catch up with friends, new and old. In the evenings the bar will be open serving a selection of alcoholic beverages.
The app, which contains programme information, will be available to download in mid January.
We will be running a children’s programme throughout the week for children up to and including four years of age. The programme will run during the morning sessions, and your choice of either the first or second afternoon seminars. Spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference does not accommodate children aged five or over.
Childcare fees are £20 for those aged four and under. Nursing babies who are kept in the care of their parents come for free and don’t need a ticket.
We are operating a bursary scheme for delegates unable to attend due to financial constraints. Where your Senior Pastor or Area Leader agrees, a contribution will be made by your local church and by the movement. This scheme has a limited number of bursaries which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The following terms apply to all Tickets.
If you return your ticket before the 30th November 2017 you will be entitled to an 80% refund.
If you return your ticket before the 31st December 2017 you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Unfortunately any tickets returned after 31st December 2017 are non-refundable, but adults tickets can be transferred.
For all refunds there will be an administration fee of £10.
